Targacept's high on July 27 was 12.35. Thus it was about a 22% drop to the price where I submitted that comparison today. That was just after a deal valued at $1.5 billion biobucks (not to be confused with real dollars). Hence the comparison, which I think is valid. They have lots of cash, two major partnerships, etc etc. If they can fall that much after good news, why all the mystery attributed to Cortex's return, after it's brief trip up?

But for those who would prefer to think that there is something pernicious, nefarious, and doom-laden portended for Cortex; don't let this get in the way of your flagellating fun.
