if Clinton went through a 9/11 then he would have done something, but like I said before no President acted before 9/11 and our CIA and FBI were not prepared to fight terrorism, the CIA was still walking around like we were win in a cold war, someone forgot to tell them that there was no more Soviet Union
by the way that means nothing to the terrorists whether or not Bush is in office, they knew a republican presidency were traditionally tougher when it came to the military, yet Bin Laden attacked anyway, they do not care who is in office, they want a confrontation
John Kerry is not going to pull the troops out, remember he is actually a person who laid his life on the line in Vietnam, not like Bush who was flying jets over Texas
by the way the public would not have supported a war in afghanistan unless you had a 9/11, that is why Clinton and Bush were not doing anything against Bin Laden.
