ZH and winb - Its just that I can't see what would encourage the pros to sit and wait. My guess is that they will think more about protecting their performance and bonuses than putting more in and allowing their pals to get out.

Maybe the biggies have some nice announcements but they will have to be saintly pure. No EU monopoly stuff or PC growth problems or even any little asides by the scribllers who can always resort to "valuation concerns".

And it doesn't take much to get the media scribblers into questioning mode either. What aobut Q1? what about Q2 and yes but what about Q3 then there is always the election and 05.

In fact why if you were a pro would you put anything lese to work unitl after the election when at the very least you will have better visibility on 05.

Just my guess but when you start to put yourself in their shoes why put anythig else in now till the end of March or maybe a little earlier if INTC says mid quarter that business has really picked up big time and what are the chances of that?
