Plant and Cyberkeys needed to lie about something to drive the share price up so that they could illegally profit. They chose an imaginary sale of flash to accomplish this crime. Besides that Cyberkeys has very little to do with flash drives. Cyberkeys has made no innovations regarding flash technology. They've never sold any products that weren't available far cheaper elsewhere. They never designed new products. They never patented any products or designs.
