I would pose the uneducated opinion that a new exchange is well within the scope of expectation....

We have awaited that news for months....

We have also seen the mid June late second quarter time estimation pass....

July 31 for the Florida settlement stuff passed us yesterday.....

I would simply offer the specualation that anything could happen any day by way of announcement by the company....

Or again....

We could also see more of the same nothing we have enjoyed for the last months....

Regardless....I am strapped and waiting for the blastoff...
