Currently my efforts are getting Winsted back into a "reporting condition" with the SEC. You'll need to watch for subsequent filings with the SEC.
After that has been achieved, we will begin the process of looking for suitable acquisition candidates to acquire/merge with. Quite a few entities have contacted us about such, and we plan to execute a plan to increase value to all shareholders. Here's you'll need to watch for our press releases!
