i have no clue other than a pattern i see:

panic and bashing down to .05s, followed by speculation of "this is the real thing" producing buying into the .08s then something happens: a nice pr or a juicy bit of rumour sends the stock flying to .14-.19 followed by .... rinse and repeat

IMHO those who buy cheap tsx.v stocks (gold, oil, uranium) October-November 2008 will not regret doing so in 2012.
