I just talked with Steve Taylor and this is what he told me.
The shares we have now or we will buy will be free trading.
The shares we will receive as dividend will be be restricted for 1 year.
The issued and outstanding shares would increase by the number of the dividend shares but the free trading shares would remain at 3.69M for one year.
They are still waiting on NASD for the symbol change.
