Tommy probably ungagged the T/A recently. It had been gagged for a few years (spring 2005). Tom probably ungagged it to generate some interest in the low float and O/S. He's then going to dilute and regag it at some point.

I am rather surprised the T/A mentioned the 4 million up in O/S that didn't hit the books today. She/he probably shouldn't have mentioned that whether it is or isn't happening.
