Tim, I'm still 90% in cash and you're scaring me. I think the vast majority of people are highly leveraged and fully invested. If the stock market did sell off lower than July of 2006 it could get worse still.

Many of the indicators I follow are either oversold or close to it but we are a long way from seeing the kind of positive divergences that we saw in October of 2002.
