"(2) June 2007's sales per square foot of their 1st location were higher than the average sales per square foot of California Pizza Kitchen (CPKI) and BJ's Restaurants (BJRI) while the build-out cost per square foot being as little as less than half of CPKI & BJRI."

Does anyone have an idea why uWink is able to achieve such low build-out costs per square foot?
