and I can only "assume" you meant mine. Just trying to clarify if they truly threw another 125 million preferred into the mix. Maybe some don't consider that substantial in the grand scheme of things, but I do. @ the very least it's about being open and honest with the shareholders. If you take the time to make a PR stating an additional 750 mil common, why in the world wouldn’t you disclose an additional 125 mil preferred? And look @ the big picture. Forget us long term holders. What are potential "new" shareholders to think when "they" find inconsistencies?
