Dr.. When I spoke to Andrew last week.. his exact words were that he would be "very surprised" if there was not news this week.. he further stated that the next news we would receive, other than if they decided to release a PR related to the new commmercial, would be to announce the new merger date. So I feel comfortable we will hear something this week.

Andrew also said that once the date is set, we should expect to receive weekly updates from AERO on the progress they have made with respect to expansion and new distribution agreements etc.. The timing of these releases will have nothing to do with the status of the debenture.. In fact, Andrew didn't even know where we stood on that..he did say they had talked about releasing news prior to the announcement of the date but they decided that just didn't make sense.
