A thousand things can happen. When you are talking money and stocks I don't believe anybody. I could say what makes you think he is telling the truth? Transparency is becoming cloudy w/o any PR's. As with most pinks, why with all this great potential, why no movement north. Good Lord we can't even hold at a penny a share.
