Civility should have some reward. The Bovine board appears to encourage libelous behavior. And, I using that word with full knowledge and legal opinion on what had transpired in the past on that board. I have up to a year to take civil action. Also, under the Nevada Corporate law I, as an officer and director of the corporation, have full indemnification by the corporation to defend the officers and to take punitive action as necessary. By the way, people can attack my decisions to their hearts content, it is their right and my obligation as a CEO. And if there was a constructive side to personal attacks, I would have no problem there either, but there isn't. And libel laws have no problem differentiating between the two.
