Shadera, I didn't want to confront you, I like you, and I have been avoiding this. But, you have changed your tune considerably since Shaun Spelliscy has become your new buddy. I congratulate you on your new deal, great. But, now you are talking about a new diamond company, Shaun's new company, and starting a new board for him. I believe you are trying to create doubt in peoples mind about NSDM and trying to setup the new board for Shaun and take people away from NSDM for your own personnel gain. Yes, I would gain if they stayed here, I own stock, but I also believe they would be making a very bad decision to leave.

You think you know what I know, but you are sadly mistaken. I know a whole bunch more than what you think. There is no way you know what I know. I am a very fast learner and once I learned the first part of the puzzle I stop talking. I have learnt a whole bunch since then, there is no way you know what I know. I wish you and Shaun the best of luck, but you are not going to take NSDM investors with you, not going to happen. This is going to be NSDM's day in the sun!!!
