Fred, how many ways can I say, I-6 owns the EVS, ISS and everything else that was AVTX. A corporation is an entity under Nevada law. I-6 is a wholly owned subsidiary of AVTX, so AVTX owns I-6, except there is Management Agreement in effect with AVTX that allows I-6 to spin out as a stand alone corporation when approved to do so by the SEC. At that time, as defined in the management agreement only the originial shareholders of AVTX will receive shares in I-6. Which means, we have come full circle and the new I-6 is the same as the old AVTX, except 6.5% share in the frog company to shareholders and $325,000 in cash to retire debt, pay expenses, and funded SEC filings and to pursue the ISS opportunity. How clear is that?
