Walter did the deal with Spelliscy in Aurora and then sold the deal to North Star.

So the claims Walter stakes in his own name he then sells to North Star for several hundred million shares.

It would be crazy for him to stake the claims in North Star's name when he can flip them to North Star from his own name for hundreds of thousands of dollars profit.

The truth and fact is NSDM does not own the Shire target either and Walter could flip the deal out anytime he wants to if NSDM is at fault.
