btw - You are absolutely correct about changing indicator periods. Serious students of t/a learn that 'backtesting' is an essential element. Probably one of the most misunderstood concepts for the novice is that not all indicators work for all securtites. 'Out of the box' is only employed by lazy people like me, LOL
