I-6gm - did you research Ausbanking's past deal before you signed up to do this deal? I did.

I found their website interesting and I called a prinicple.

If you spend some time going over their past deals and the time it has taken for someone holding your volume and kind of shares, it looks like you will indeed make money.

I will be happy if I break even at this point after the reverse split.

You on the other hand, should do well with both your SXAN holdings and your EVS, Niteagle royalties and the sale of medical cameras, which no longer have to be shared with stockholders.

There will be dilution by the Hasma Co., they want 11 million dollars in a hurry to expand operations and establish market dominance in their product categories. They could do quite well and their base of current operations seemed to be solid. You could do very well indeed due to their efforts.

When EVS2 is approved, and assuming Kollsman will actually market the product, though it should sell itself, you should do quite well and will not have to share the wealth.

Yes, you could be making money in the near future. Of course, you know that or you would not have entered into this deal.

As for I-6, the SEC may never approve I-6 Shell and I have my doubts as to how motivated you are to accomplish the task. It could easily take 2 to 5 years for patent approval after all.

QUESTION: Now that you have the AVTX technology to yourself, what is in it for you to take I-6 public? Selling shares to develop products?

I am not sure I would bother if I were in your position.

Guess I am looking for the motivation behind your business plan if you care to share it.
