just got home from southern cal, interesting new "news", HAHA, poster your right, they are just doing a disclaimer, I think the merge anyway will be with accel energy after a reverse merge with aapu to pick up the shell, with 100,000,000 share structure.

I also believe there will be a delisting at the "Borse berlin" exchange, as trading is way below the value of the company and is unregulated, what an almost nightmare compared to the shorting in the USA.

It should be a desireable goal for AC to get to the AMEX and away from such a lowlife exchange like the borse berlin, I am assuming this will start shaping up more quickly, now that AC knows that there is attention and he is not that great from hiding the picture.

any way I will respond soon, need a shower and some rest, was a long trip.
