Well Wayne, when it comes to the ever increasing (death spiral toxic financing package that GZFX has entered into with GGI) number of shares required to satisfy the agreement....note that the SB-2A was registered with 5.8 Billion shares (I believe) and that was assigning a value of 0.0050 per share....look at the price now and calculate how many shares are required to fulfill the agreement!

I believe some have shown this previously....wasn't it close to 50 Billion...of course it would be on a sliding scale as the price slid downward, but it is much much much more than the 5.8 Billion shares that were registered with the SEC!

So yes, look for Bazillions more shares to be added to the float, and an additional filing with the SEC in order to add more shares for the purpose of completing the deal with GGI....note that GZFX will receive no more additional funds from the sale of these shares.....how will they raise funds?????
