Hi Joe

i have a long term portfolio that i do not trade much, maybe 2-3 times year moving long or to cash as the P&F tell me to do. I hold the usual suspects DELL MSFT INTC IMCL(NOW) MO RJR DUK etc i like dividend plays for my longer term stock holding..as i continuously sell covered calls on them raking nice premiums along with those dividends..

as for my trading acct..i just daytrade each day, some times swing and position trade as well..this is a separate account for me.
