Gfp, how can you make a living, let alone keep abreast of all you must know to be a successful investor, when you piss away the time you do on this board? And how do you avoid boredom while rehashing the same matters in almost the same words ad infinitum?

Once you told me, “Give it a rest.” I won’t say the same to you, because how you spend your time is your own business. But I will tell you that while I used to read all of your posts rather carefully, I now only sometimes scan them, and most I skip entirely.

Your quibbles are insignificant measured against the subject of dilution, which is almost the only subject about which we stockholders, were we to be alert to protect our investments, might have a meaningful voice.
