dragonflydogi1, would it be a good idea to be on the sidelines until a source of revenue is obtained? If Outstanding Share count increased 50% in 40 trading days, one might wait until the dilution ceases.

If they are telling the truth that over 50% of PLRS' O/S is "restricted" according to you, somebody better file with the SEC by the end of the month declaring holdings;

This company is very good at keeping their SEC filings current. Unfortunately, year end was June 30, 2007 so the next SEC filing is the 10KSB due September 30, 2007. As stated, plenty of time to wait to buy PLRS stock especially if the timeframe is 3-5 years.
