Respected telecom analyst Jeff Pulver points out that VoIP hearings will occur on Capitol Hill this spring. Deregulate everything lame duck Powell says not taxes but plenty of powerful lobbyists for states in deficit that tax your wireline bills are going to say NIX. Is JNPR really worth 260X Non-GAAP EPS? If it has already hit the 2004 year end target of most analysts, will they actually downgrade the trading day after they upgraded? Is this 'party like it's 1999' again OR aren't we well into 2000 now? Just a few questions for the thread's permabull
