agree. My expectations are satisfied by receiving movies regularly and to do so I have learned to not be greedy and enjoy thousands of Academy Award and wonderful movies I missed or want to re-visit, or willing to wait a week or so for.. Surely there are others out there like me and management could tell users how to effectively use their queue's..
