That's not what lawsuit says. It says every idea and creation of Stan's. Read the link I posted. The point is it's enough to tie up Stan in court for years. Plus Stan Lee media has hired a real deal big time law firm to fight the case not an ambulance chaser hoping to get lucky lawyer.
