Anyone worried that Disney is waiting until the June 9th lawsuit filed by Stan Lee Media gets resolved? Would Disney start a multi-million dollar project with POWN if Disney could get sued for it. I'm worried they told Stan we can't announce any projects until this suit gets resolved? Notice the dates, Disney announces POWN deal June 6th, Stan Lee media files their suit June 9th three days after Disney POWN release. If the suit was filed before the Disney/POWN deal was announced I would have felt better. Then Disney would have known about the lawsuit and still announced the deal with POWN.
