I think it's warrant coversion. There are still a lot of them out there, most in the money at this point... like that last tranche that just came online for 3.2 million shares at 1.66. I continue to reject the notion that these off-shore domiciled PIPE funders are long-term players. Many have done quite well with their Cortex speculation... and have considerable losses elsewhere. The stock will ultlimately US domiciled 'buy side' funds, but that awaits IND filing, large pharma partnership and other 'happenings' that will come to pass.

Bottom line: short term... warrant holders and short term marked players are cashing out IMHO, but this soon shall pass.
