<Since Neurology hasn't yet completed their full evaluation of the tox data (as per the recent press release), I was just wondering if there will be another press release coming prior to the filing of the IND.>

It is my speculation that there would not be any further release unless a "problem" is found. To my way of thinking there is no reason for the FDA to provide any additional feedback in its official capacity unless there is a "problem."
