HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - July 24, 2007) - International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IMMN): Company Management has completed its site visit to the Port of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico having met with the International Terminal Group and tentatively sets shipping schedule for two shipments per month on average of 65,000 dry metric tons each.
The Iron Mineral Deposit is located approximately 80 kilometers (50 miles) from the Pacific Ocean Port of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Chemical Analysis and Mineralization of the outcrops revealed that the iron minerals are mixed Hematite and Magnetite with average iron content (Fe) of 66%. The trace elements of primary concern, Sulfur and Silica are well below customer product specifications. Geological re-evaluation and core drilling is set to begin after the fifth of August, 2007. The project is a Joint Venture between IMMN and Quantum International of Houston, Texas.
The project meets all of the company's criteria regarding quality, quantity and transportation distance to the nearest sea port. A development budget of $6,000,000.00 has been approved by Quantum International and project funding is expected to be released before the end of July, 2007.
Quantum International has committed to the entire off-take of the iron minerals for export to the People's Republic of China.
