My take on the OVTI customer LENS warning is that camera phones are taking away their market. As LENS caters to the low end of the market pixel wise as well as from a cost point of view, I'd bet many of their customers have shiny brand new camera phones. While digital cameras made up the plurality of OVTI's sales last Q (off of the top of my head 47% ish)camera phones sales were growing at a much faster clip. With 60 camera phone design wins, my bet is that the capacity not used for LENS' orders went to other customers and OVTI will have very nice numbers. In fact I believe you will see a preannouncement in the last 2 weeks of January, followed by a number that will beat the upward guidance like a drum <gg>.
