Couldn't JNPR numbers come at the expense CSCO's? I thought they were in the same business pretty much. CSCO had two downgrades last Monday that not many saw. I also thought it interesting that CSCO did not appear to be a big benefactor of the recent China buying spree.

Just some thoughts.
