Cow, I called CEF Management in NYC, the phone number was on an old PR and the lady said Dr Chavis gets email at:

Also, from the "news" section on H3inc.com I see how they got around the SEC's disclosure Regulation "FD" so Dr. Ben could discuss the SodaShop opening date during the conference call, without violating Reg FD. They PR'd the store opening date, 15 minutes before the conference call started. Here's the headline from the PR:

I think, CEF Management Company and Dr Ben know what they're doing. You don't have your offices at a Wall Street address like 116 John Street, unless you do know what you're doing. Mr. Leon Ellis, the "E" in CEF, is now the "lead man" to get the SodaShop in St Petersburg opened on time, 09/25/07. With his restaurant background, I hope he can do it.
