hey Bruce,
First I'd like to thank you for your wonderful contributions here..I always enjoy your posts....
I found your take on the milk dilemma and the consumer very insightful - I know the grocery stores put the perishables around the edges of the store for the same reason. What I do is I will take my refrigerator items and stick them in the freezer compartment of the store sticking them way in the back - I retrieve them just before checkout - sometimes an overzealous stock boy will find them but not usually!

(OT I don't drink milk or do dairy - I am surprised there is any milk in milk - I figure it' s mostly hormones and antibiotics in that white sludge that PASSES for milk...besides milk is basically bad for ya unless you're a baby cow..have you tried oat or rice milk?)

It's not easy being a consumer...
