"They" might be a stretch. I find it hard to believe that Stoll et al were injecting animals, cranking that freezing microtome, powering up the EM, or analyzing the images. Frankly, I doubt they pushed anything but a few of the buttons on their phones (in a supervisory role, of course). I gotta agree with rblatch, it seems like those involved in writing were unlikely to be the ones getting all that stuff done for tox, and, therefore, they could have found the time to have this IND in the bullpen warming up and ready to go.
