Reading thru this pr, key things I'm looking at are first, LOI. First of all this does not mean deal is done.

Second is, "potential acquisition". Here again, this is a "might happen" deal, not a sure thing.

Thirdly, like Joe mentioned, who is this "third party"?

This might be the reason why we're not shooting thru the moon. Smart investor's read between the lines.
