True -- Amazon raised the shipping allowance for their "used" items, to $2.98 for a CD or DVD. Which is actually higher than the cost of shipping an item first class mail. Some sellers I see are offereing stuff for 5 cents, even 1 cent. They are making their money on the excess shipping charges. In many cases, I now find it is worth buying the stuff I want new from Amazon, rather than hassle with these Market Place sellers, as Amazon still offers free "Super saving" shipping if you spend at least $25.
