I agree with your rally after the first of the year and I think it will be comparable to 1999. Not as good as the Y2K rally but good just the same! I did my tax selling last year right after Thanksgiving and then repositioned right before the end of the year. January was a good month for me last year, looking for a better one in the coming year.
