Thanks for your welcoming post. I have tried today to give my own up-to-the-minute perspectives -- after Stingray had given detailed interpretations of events in the days when I was not posting here. I don't wish to let subjective factors override the others.
Writing now, just a week before the beginning of August, I hope that the company will feel able to provide us with a general update and overview soon. Generally speaking, as most investors here are well aware, August is the least eventful month of the year, so... the more that can be achieved now, the better the foundation for the future.
As to whether prospective signees might be "scared off" because of the Sony-BMG suit, I wouldn't lend much credence to that myself. My estimation is that they are far too intelligent for that.
