To be sure, the immediate effect of recent events has been to impact the share price negatively. But I wouldn't exactly apportion the cause-effect fractions as you are doing between the RS and the BMG lawsuit.. IMO, the reverse split was absolutely a correct move, and without it the future of the company would have been clouded over. The effects of the lawsuit were much more the nub of the current problems to be solved, and it was that lawsuit which cast a shadow over the positive outcomes that would otherwise have definitely come due by the end of this month. Now we will just have to see how this plays out.
I would close with an insistence on my conviction that management has learned to be proactive rather than merely reactive; perhaps it deserves the respect of a slim and agile feline that finds itself falling from the second or third floor, but somehow manages to land on its four paws, maybe even without any broken bones.
