I think the proximate cause of that price drop resides in the hands of other than Sulja.

I guess that's where our opinions part ways. My opinion is that the downfall of this company was brought on in toto by the deliberate acts of its principals and Andrew DeVries (not sure he was ever an "official" principal but was obviously closely involved), thereby making the company(ies) vicariously liable for their acts.
