Audits are very different now than they used to be. There are many more requirements that T&S must go through! It is not a bad thing at all. It is merely, JMHO, another piece of evidence that SLJB is moving in the right direction, and they want to be accountable to their shareholders.

Reasons for AF’s

You are a legitimate company!
You are a company planning on being in business a long time!
You are a company thoroughly convinced that they can grow their business to levels that will make them rich via their stock holdings.

Otherwise, they would not go to the expense and trouble of real audits, up listing, more regulations, more eyeballs looking over their shoulder, etc.

All of this is only proof that they are doing what they say they intend to do. It does not guarantee success.

Management has to be motivated, intelligent, hard-working, and have a product or service that people need and want!

The great, not good, news in all this is that the byproduct of everything above is that the shareholders (the long term ones) will become wealthy too. I know there are always traders looking for the next meal money, but there are also some, like me, who look for the next real company in its infancy, before the crowds find it.

The few posting on a few stock boards are not the crowds.

The real crowds show up only after most finally see that a company is going to make it and is growing and is legitimate by GAAP standards.

SLJB is very close to nailing the GAAP part, and they have made great strides in showing growth!

Now we simply wait... The key is to present a true picture of the possibilities to new comers, both pro's and con's to enable them make an intelligent decision!

I believe Sulja is a real company and believe that they are attempting to keep their end of the bargin, I plan to give them their chance!! There are many longs out there that hold the same opinion!
