All those numbers that you and Jonathan and p3analyze and iwai throw around just freak me out. Remember, I'm a humanities kind of guy, and I went to the "Forrest Gump School of Biotech Investing" where the motto is "God--with a little help from Richard Pazdur--will protect the innocent investor." (The DNDN/Provenge situation was just something that God--and Richard Pazdur--threw at biotech investors to test their faith in Him.) So with that in mind, I vote for approval with a 65-35% chance. (If the OS data wasn't due out so close to the PDUFA date, I'd say 90-10% for approval.)

And remember what the late and dearly beloved Tammy Faye Baker once told me about biotech investing: "The investors that pray together, profit together." So SPPI longs will be holding a prayer vigil over at the YMB. Even the infidels of I-hub are invited to join.

Remember, "Prosperity is your Divine Right."
