RJ: After 8/29/05, when AC sold all his 40m shares of America Asia Corp, Joe M took over America Asia CORP and promptly changed the name to America Energy Corp. After that date nothing matters. The correction filed on 3/6/06 is irrelavent.

An 8K filing after 8/29/05 had info from AAcorp, and AC, and AC's address when it should have been from AAEnergy Corp, and Joe M's info and address.. that's all.

There is NO Ameri Energy Group that I saw ever

There was Accel Energy Group (AGYG) NOW ACCEL ENERGY (AG) BOTH= TCG

and ALSO TCG merged into Vitallabs on 9/04 then changed the name to America Asia Corp 2 months later..but filing 8Ks under the America Asia Corp title through 8/29/05 when TCG spun off from AACORP; which was also AGYG also and of course TCG
