P3, If you have reason to believe that SAC Capital has a large stake in your company, you had better watch both sides of the trades.
SAC is a shrewd warrior and he lives for the
game, the war game and not for the money anymore.
He employs a vast network of algorithmic and quantitative
analysis methods, run by supercomputers and quants at his
HQ's. He will employ any method of shorting, straddling,
options etc to get his way with the trades and investments.
Look no further than his investments in IOTN, Baidu, CY to see how,he takes on other huge hedge funds and investors in a warlike mode for the thrill of the bloodsport.
They avg anywhere from 2-5% of NYSE volume daily as well as up to 2% of Nasdaq trades, as they trade over 20 million shares daily I have been told.
Anyway, if he goes long, long term long, he has been known to facilitate short squeezes in equities where large short positions are already in place...so caveat emptor and best of luck and investing to you......

The Art of War by Sun Tzu:

So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will win hundred times in hundred battles. If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you win one and lose the next. If you do not know yourself or your enemy, you will always lose.

Therefore One hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the most skillful. Seizing the enemy without fighting is the most skillful.
War is of vital importance to the state and should not be engaged carelessly.....and SAC Capital is never careless
in what they do through computer algorithms, and other computational strategies they employ by the over 700 specialists that work for him in Conn., NYC, Cali, and other locales...

Take care and have an awesome Sunday
