Each of us knows why we bought or invested, I bought because I believed in the technology and that it would in the end give me a nice return in my investment. I also found management to be open decdicated and competent. I not only took numererous trips saw a number of presentations, talked to dozens of individuals about the technology and its potential usage.
Projections were made based on what we were told by the industry, not some wild unatainable fgure that was pulled from the clouds..The committment given by BMG was basically hollow in nature and an open ended statement. Many prs were based on statement made to management.
Does management bear some real burden in the decision making, of course they do. On the same token we spent hundreds of thousands to insert, change or modify technolgy whose change was proposed and required by BMG along with extensive testing.
So in the end the Sony part of BMG used the undertested technologyof First4 internet and it blew up. We became grouped into that fiasco through that debacle and now as kicker BMG files suit.
