Of course it is, Sally. I am "waiting to see" if the company establishes itself as a truthful, credible entity in the future before changing any current opinion I may have of it. In the case of my prior statement, "wait and see" implies exactly what I intended. You are, of course, free to interpret "wait and see" as you wish.

In the meantime, I am not required by any standard nor person to be "inactive" with relation to posting on public message boards, and since it is my opinion that the investing public deserves to be aware of the company's questionable history and current legal difficulties, I shall continue to do so if and when I choose. Let me know if and when I tell a lie.
