Thanks for all your comments on SPPI/GPCB/Satraplatin. Where can you find a list of the panel memebers. (Can you provide a link?) Is Howard Scher on the panel?

For what it's worth, I think a major hedge fund--I think it's Steve Cohen and associates--has a substantial long position in SPPI.
